Labor Rates

Diagnostic Fee: $50
Hardware: $95 per hour
Software/networking: $115 per hour
Travel: $95 per hour (outside of a 15-mile radius from our location)

Your can bring your equipment to one of our offices or our technicians can complete the repair at your location.

Our hardware labor rate includes a 90-day warranty.

Desktop, Notebook & Tablet Computers

Our technicians are certified to complete repairs on Hewlett Packard computers. They also have the ability to complete repairs on many different computer makes and models including Acer, Dell, Gateway, IBM, Lenovo, Panasonic, Sony, and Toshiba as well as clone systems.

We can remove viruses and spyware, upgrade system specifications and complete a variety of repairs from the infamous "blue screen of death" to faulty power supplies and damaged laptop AC power jacks.

Our technicians are also Microsoft , Seagate and Symantec-certified.

Printers

From laser to inkjet to all-in-ones, our technicians can repair every type of printer from a large number of manufacturers. They are certified to complete repairs on Brother, Hewlett Packard, Kyocera, Okidata and Xerox products.

Our technicians can also complete repairs on copiers, fax machines and scanners.

Networking

A wireless network in your home allows every user to utilize one printer and one internet connection. They are easy to install and since our technicians are Linksys-certified, we have the ability to obtain great pricing on wireless networking products.
