Service Engineer Requirements
- MCP or MCSE
- A+ certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and LAN/WAN networking
- Experience with computer hardware and software, servers, cabling,
routers/firewalls and Internet connectivity
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of printers is preferred
- Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Okidata, Xerox certification is preferred
- Must be organized and well groomed
- Must possess a postive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to multi-task and follow directions
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record, and must be able to
travel extensively by road
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- High school diploma; college degree is preferred
