Businesses

We understand businesses because we are one. We know what it is like to deal with outsourced customer service agents and companies that only care about the bottom line. We realize the value in creating and maintaining relationships with our business clients.

Since our main focus is on companies, large and small, as well as non-profit organizations and government entities, we offer a variety of solutions that meet the needs of such customers. Combine them with our knowledgeable technicians, quick response time, efficient service and quality repair work, and we practically become your company's IT department.

Equipment

We are able to repair nearly every brand of computer, notebook, tablet and printer as well as a variety of fax machines, copiers, scanners, and all-in-ones. Our technicians are certified to repair Brother, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Kyocera, Microsoft, Okidata and Xerox products. We can also install and repair wired and wireless networks, and servers.

Labor Rates

Diagnostic Fee: $50
Hardware: $95 per hour
Software/networking: $115 per hour
Travel: $95 per hour (outside of a 15-mile radius from our location)

Our hardware labor rate includes a 90-day warranty.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts allow your company and its printing equipment to operate at peak performance. They enable you to lock-in a reduced hourly price for at least one year and guarantee a response time. We offer three contract levels:

Basic: Next-business day response; covers labor, travel and most parts; parts recommended by the manufacturer to be replaced on a periodic basis are not covered; recommended for equipment that sees light use.

Standard:  Next-business day response; covers labor, travel and most parts; parts recommended by the manufacturer to be replaced on a periodic basis are not covered; allows for one preventive maintenance call; recommended for equipment that sees medium use.

Premium:  4-hour response time if possible or priority next-business day response; covers labor, travel and all parts, including those recommended by the manufacturer to be replaced on a periodic basis; allows for one preventive maintenance call; recommended for equipment that sees heavy use.

Block-Time Service Agreements

By locking-in a reduced rate and giving you a large degree of flexibility, a block-time service agreement allows your company to plan an appropriate IT budget. It works like this:

Your company purchases a block of time (for example, 20 hours) at a discounted hourly labor rate and each time our technicians provide service the time is deducted from that block. When the block of time runs out, your company can either purchase more time or decline to renew.

Remote Access Agreements

The best way to guard against future software issues is to perform check-ups and preventive maintenance on your computer and network equipment. Remote access agreements allow our technicians, for example, to see if your anti-virus software is up-to-date and working properly or if your network is communicating correctly. They also allow our technicians to solve a number of software-related problems without ever stepping into your office or warehouse. Remote access is safe and effective while also giving you peace of mind.
